Refund policy

We have the right to reject your refund request if:

  1. You did not provide a satisfactory explanation of why you qualify for a refund
  2. You check a text written in a language other than English. Our system checks only English-language texts.

We can consider your refund requests and do our best to assist you if you follow the procedure stated below:

  1. You send your refund request to info@plagiarismdetect.org and state a clear reason for why you qualify for a refund
  2. We reply to you and determine if your request is reasonable
  3. If we decide to satisfy your refund request, we will let you know as soon as possible
  4. We issue a full or a partial refund to you

Refund methods

All refunds are issued using the billing system at http://www.2checkout.com/ and released to the credit card you had used to purchase our services. If for some reason you cannot receive a refund this way, we can send you the money via PayPal. We would not be able to send you the money in a different way (i.e., checks, wire transfer, cash, etc.).

Refund processing

It can take us up to 7 days to process a refund.
